Annual Report of the Slovak Financial Administration

The Slovak Financial Administration prepared a presentation on its activities during the year 2015. It contains basic statistical data on the activities of tax offices, customs offices, Financial Directorate of the Slovak Republic and Criminal Office of the Financial Administration. Financial Administration in 2015 continued to improve organizational processes and preparation for the implementation of other reform changes related to intentions to unify the collection of taxes and duties, as well as insurance contributions. To ensure the effective collection of taxes and duties there was proposed national project "A more efficient collection of taxes and duties", which was approved by the Monitoring Committee of the EU Operational Programme Effective Public Administration. In terms of performance management system imonitoring and evaluating performance of tax offices and customs offices was implemented. Financial Administration used the initiative of employees contributing to the database incentives with their proposals.
