Effective tax administration must not only be efficient but also inclusive, accessible, resilient, agile and adaptive to citizens' changing needs

On 1-2 April 2025, IOTA had the pleasure of organising the 32nd Forum of IOTA Principal Contact Persons (PCPs) in collaboration with the Swiss Federal Tax Administration in Montreux, Switzerland. This year’s PCP Forum primarily focused on the roles and challenges faced by IOTA PCPs, as well as reviewing proposals from the Strategy and Charter Review Working Group and the Financial Advisory Committee. The event was attended by 55 tax officials from 39 IOTA member tax administrations.
