On September 24-25, 2025, IOTA hosted another impressive digital event as part of the IOTA 2025 Work Programme Activities: the “Digital Workshop on Customer Centricity now, and in the Future – Case Studies from Different Tax Administrations”. This Workshop provided a unique platform for tax administrations to explore innovative, taxpayer-centered service models. It attracted over 160 participants from the IOTA membership and was broadcast live via MS Teams.

On September 10-11, 2015, IOTA kicked off the autumn season of its work programme activities with a Digital Workshop titled “Providing Access to Digital Services for Non-Resident Taxpayers.” The event featured speakers from IOTA member countries, including Georgia, Hungary, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, and Sweden, and attracted more than 130 participants from 25 IOTA member tax administrations, online. The Workshop was broadcast live via the MS Teams platform.

On March 26, 2025, IOTA broadcast an insightful live webinar titled ‘The Use of Artificial Intelligence to Enhance Call Centre Advice for Taxpayers and Improve Call Centre Analytics’ from the IOTA Studio in Budapest, Hungary. The event engaged over 230 tax officials from 34 IOTA member tax administrations.
